Serving the Ummah with dignity
Every one of us will one day be washed, shrouded and carried by others. The Prophet ﷺ taught that honouring the dead is a right they hold over the living, and that those who wash and shroud a Muslim with care and discretion are greatly rewarded.
The Shroud Store exists to make that final service easier. We supply Sunnah-compliant Kafn and Ghusl essentials to families, mosques and funeral homes across Canada, so that no one has to search for the right cloth or gather supplies in the hours after a loss.
What we provide
Every Kafn set is cut from plain, 100% white cotton that meets the requirements of the Shariah: three pieces for a man and five for a woman. Our complete packs include sattar cloths, towels, gloves, cotton wool, camphor and non-alcoholic attar, so everything for the Ghusl and the Kafn arrives together.
Who we serve
We help with a single set for a family bereavement, and with standing bulk supplies for mosque mortuaries and Muslim funeral homes. Orders placed in the morning are dispatched the same day, because the Sunnah is to bury without delay.
Giving for those in need
Through our Donate a Kafn programme, anyone can fund a complete pack for a family who cannot afford one. Each donated pack is delivered through our partners, with the same care as any other order.
